This competition aims to highlight innovative research projects with potential for the cosmetics and perfumery sector, applicable across the entire value chain, from ingredients to efficacy and safety testing, including skin biology, formulation, sensory evaluation, packaging, and distribution.
Who can compete?
All students, PhD candidates, academic researchers and industrials conducting research with a state-of-the-art scientific foundation, addressing technical challenges, and showing promising results for the industry. Two prizes will be granted: the Industrial Prize and the Academic Prize. Applicatations are open until January 31, 2025: share your work and try your luck!

Conference on the future of the European Cosmetics Industry

As part of the Go4Cosmetics European inter-regional partnership, the Centre-Val de Loire and Lombardy regions, Cosmetic Valley (France) and REI-Reindustria Innovazione (Italy), will be promoting a conference on "The future of the European cosmetics industry", to be held on July 3, at 2:00 pm (CEST), at the Committee of the Regions in Brussels (Belgium).
Taking the form of round tables, the event will bring together key players from the sector and European institutions to discuss the challenges facing the cosmetics industry in Europe, linked to ecological and digital transitions, increased international competition and research and innovation.
The conference will conclude with an awards ceremony for innovative players in the cosmetics sector and a networking cocktail reception.
